With more than 20 years of experience designing enterprise digital products, both customer-facing and the internal tools our own teams rely on, I help organizations transform complex challenges into intuitive, customer-centered experiences. My expertise spans UX strategy, product design, design operations, and cross-functional leadership, with a passion for building scalable solutions that create meaningful value for both users and the business.

I bring interaction design, content strategy, and project leadership together across the full design lifecycle, from early discovery and information architecture through polished, production-ready execution, so nothing gets lost in the handoff between strategy and what actually ships. As a cross-functional team lead, I work fluently across disciplines, from engineering and product to compliance and brand, translating between technical and business language so the right details survive every handoff.

I stay current with the tools reshaping how products get built, from Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot in my own workflow to Pega AI in enterprise case management, and collaborate comfortably with engineering teams working across React and Angular front ends.
